Job Summary
Support Microsoft 365 implementation operation and technical support
Manage core M365 services including OneDrive SharePoint and Teams
Analyze user and system issues implement solutions and prevent recurrence
Maintain documentation on operations incidents and improvements
Collaborate with internal teams and customers
Qualifications :
Required:
- 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 implementation operation and technical support
Experience managing core M365 services including OneDrive SharePoint and Teams
Experience handling user issues including root cause analysis resolution and prevention
Experience documenting operation history incidents and improvement reports
Strong communication skills with operations teams and customers
Candidates who meet partial qualifications may still apply
Preferred:
Experience with AD / Exchange / M365 hybrid environments
Experience designing and operating Microsoft 365 security policies
Azure AD (Entra ID) Conditional Access
MIP DLP MCAS (Defender for Cloud Apps)
Intune SCCM
Experience with PowerShell automation or process improvement
Experience working with Microsoft support and vendors
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments
