Were looking for an experienced and commercially minded Group Tax Manager to play a key role in Endavas global tax function. Reporting to the Head of Tax you will manage the Groups direct and indirect tax compliance activities with a particular focus on Western Europe MENA and APAC while also supporting the Groups quarterly and year-end tax reporting deliverables.

What Youll Be Doing
- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance across the Group with a particular focus on Western Europe MENA and APAC coordinating local teams and external advisors.
- Support quarterly and year-end tax reporting including review and preparation of tax packs
- Provide corporate and indirect tax advice to Finance and the wider business including support on client/vendor contracts commercial negotiations and international matters.Corporate and indirect tax advice to Finance and the wider business including support on client/vendor contracts commercial negotiations and international matters.
- Manage tax authority enquiries and audits coordinating responses documentation advisors and timelines with focus on Western Europe MENA and APAC.
- Support the Head of Tax with governance controls policies risk management and departmental strategy ensuring processes remain robust and SOX-aligned.
- Support M&A activity including due diligence structuring input implementation planning and post-acquisition integration.
- Contribute to ad hoc tax projects and continuous improvement initiatives including opportunities to strengthen controls and enhance efficiency.
- Stay current on tax law and regulatory developments recommending policy and process updates as required.
Qualifications :
What You Bring
- A recognised accounting and/or tax qualification (e.g. ACA ACCA CTA or equivalent).
- Strong experience in corporate tax compliance in a multinational or complex group environment including managing filings and payments across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience of quarterly and year-end tax reporting activities (e.g. tax packs audit support SOX documentation and/or statutory tax disclosures).
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to deliver clear practical guidance to Finance and operational teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts and influence stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Minimum 4 years post-qualified experience in a relevant role.
Desirable Experience (Nice to Have)
- Experience working in complex multinational tax environments either within professional services (e.g. Big 4 or equivalent) or in-house within a listed or SOX-controlled group.
