Job Summary

We are working with a vibrant multi-cultural school in West Birmingham to find a dedicated Office Manager. The school is seeking a professional individual to drive continuous improvement within the administration team and provide a top-tier service to the community.

The Role As the heart of the schools operations the Office Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day administration. This includes managing pupil data coordinating HR processes and acting as a central point of contact for the Trust. The successful candidate will lead the office team by example fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience: Substantial experience in school administration or a similar complex office environment.

  • Attributes: A positive can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Compliance: The school is unable to offer visa sponsorship; candidates must have the right to work in the UK. A valid enhanced DBS is required.
