About the role
The role co-owns the business strategy for the Grow & Engage domain ensuring strong alignment with company objectives and product vision while leading and scaling a high-performing team across strategy analytics operations and partnerships. Acting as the strategic counterpart to the Product Director and segment leads across Acquisition Engagement and Subscriptions the role drives tight alignment across roadmaps and initiatives. It is accountable for delivering commercial outcomes through rigorous P&L ownership KPI forecasting funnel optimisation and cost-benefit analysis while evaluating negotiating and managing growth partnerships that enhance product value and customer retention. The role also steers operational performance through structured business reviews strategic planning cycles and cross-functional coordination and supports executive decision-making with clear insights forecasts and robust strategic frameworks.

- 10 years of experience in strategy business operations consulting or product/business leadership ideally in fintech or digital B2C environments.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional business teams in high-growth or product-led companies.
- Track record in commercial strategy
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link product marketing and financial outcomes.
- Excellent people leadership and coaching skills you develop talent and inspire performance.
- Data-driven mindset comfortable using metrics to drive business decisions and performance management.
