Our mission is to attract engage and hire top talent by creating a seamless and personable talent journey. Together we will build a future where GetYourGuide continues to innovate grow and excel driven by the ambition and dedication of our people.
Your mission
- Manage the whole recruiting funnel from shortlisting and interviewing candidates to extending offers.
- Partner with senior/exec-level hiring managers to build effective sourcing assessment and closing strategies
- Lead briefings with the sourcing team and review upper funnel prospects.
- Work closely with the TA Ops team to ensure the hiring process and scheduling strategy is clearly mapped out.
- Access recruitment reports regularly to ensure pipeline health and provide insights to hiring teams.
- Build and maintain a network of great prospects through market research CRM and continuous relationship management.
- Ensure candidates have the best recruiting experience possible by optimizing processes and suggesting improvements according to candidates feedback and survey data.
- Help us strengthen our company brand by representing GetYourGuide at events and organizing in-house meetups.
- Lead projects and initiatives that will improve the overall TA function. Share and implement your creative ideas.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to other members of the team share best practices and train on tools and processes.
Your toolkit
- 4-6 years of recruiting experience in a high growth company
- Strong track record of hiring senior talent for business areas
- Ability to influence people across all levels through effective communication skills
- Ability to evaluate people and situations objectively with an awareness of bias
- Excellent time management organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to enhance processes through automations and AI
- Solution-oriented approach: turn problems into opportunities
- Strong customer-first approach
- Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in a fast-moving environment
- A curious mind always eager to learn and develop quickly
- Passion for recruiting and eagerness to always stay up to date with current trends
