Head of Business Performance DACH

• Oversee business performance for Entains German and Austrian markets
• Design and implement performance management frameworks and KPIs
• Monitor metrics to identify trends opportunities and improvement areas
• Identify propose and validate high-impact commercial initiatives
• Act as the commercial integrator and lead cross-functional teams to implement performance improvements
• Ensure that operational execution aligns with long-term strategic objectives bridging the gap between planning and action

Qualifications :

• Previous P&L or budget management experience
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive performance
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building business cases and delivering commercial initiatives 
• Fluent in German and English
• Prior experience in the German market is advantageous
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to high quality results
