Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance and Planning Manager to join and support our Distribution teams located in Boise ID and Salt Lake City this role you will partner with business leaders across the Distribution business in sales operations and supply chain driving operational excellence using problem solving financial and analytical skills. Our focus is to move beyond finance and planning providing the right level of information and decision making to execute business strategy and ensure top quartile performance.

In this role your essential functions will be to:

Support warehouse transportation and sales teams to deliver sustainable top quartile results
Accountable for all financial aspects for the sites. This includes but is not limited to monthly reporting annual planning and capital analysis
Owns and monitors internal control environment to ensure it is operating effectively
Actively involved in strategic discussions and ad-hoc coaching sessions with site lead team
Understands complex concepts and knows how to communicate a simple message
Uses business knowledge data and analysis to identify and share opportunities
Proactively provides meaningful information that highlights the so what to support decision making
Inquisitive curious and focused on details to identify anomalies and opportunities

Your qualifications:

Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
Five years of experience in financial or manufacturing operations.
Comfortable working with sales operations finance and accounting teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and manage change
Working knowledge of cost accounting financial systems and internal controls
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Account Principles
Excellent PC skills. Specifically strong Excel user

What We Offer:

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program and we are targeting a salary range of $98811 - $148217 based on your level of skills qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program which offers a cash bonus targeting 10%of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Paid Time Off or Vacation:We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of addition after being employed for six months eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
