DescriptionRole Overview
The Design Director will lead experience strategy and design delivery translating WTWs services into intuitive confidence-building digital experiences. This role bridges strategy product design and delivery helping move the organization from Minimum Viable Product (MVP) definition to scalable market-ready products.
Key Responsibilities
Experience & Product Strategy
- Define end-to-end experience strategy for Business to Business to Consumer (B2B2C) solutions
- Translate complex concepts into clear user journeys
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape MVP roadmaps that balance speed to market with long-term scalability
Design Leadership & Delivery
- Take ownership of existing experience designs and core flows created internally and externally ensuring successful implementation
- Translate third-party design work into build-ready specifications prototypes and guidance
- Extend and evolve initial MVP flows using existing design system templates
Stakeholder Alignment
- Operate within a senior-stakeholder environment and steering committee structures as required
- Facilitate alignment across multiple parallel workstreams
- Partner with external vendors
Validation & Iteration
- Define pragmatic testing and feedback loops appropriate for an MVP
- Use insights to refine high-stakes decision points and moments of user complexity
Responsibilities-
QualificationsSkills & Experience
- Director-level product design experience in enterprise SaaS fintech benefits or
regulated domains - Strong product partnership and decision-facilitation skills
- Experience translating complex systems into human-centered experiences
- Experience with UX and UI software/tools e.g. Figma
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and matrixed organizations
- Experience working with external design vendors a plus

Compensation and Benefits
Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications qualifications/experience performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
