About the Role

As a Content Moderator you will play a key role in reviewing user-generated content to ensure it meets community guidelines and platform standards. This position is ideal for individuals who are resilient culturally aware and committed to maintaining a safe and respectful online environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and review reported content such as text images and videos
Evaluate content according to platform policies and guidelines
Make quick and accurate decisions regarding flagged content
Identify emerging trends and escalate sensitive issues
Work with internal teams to continuously improve content review processes

Who You Are

Fluent in Arabic (C2) and proficient in English (B2)
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Emotionally resilient and able to handle sensitive or disturbing content
Detail-oriented reliable and committed to team goals
Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment

Work Conditions

40 hours/week on a rotating shift schedule
Full paid training provided
12-month renewable contract with opportunities for long-term growth
On-site role in Lisbon Portugal
