What Youll Be Doing Your Role as a French Customer Advisor

Youll be the first point of contact between customers and a world-renowned brand making sure their questions are answered their issues resolved and their day made better.

Your Core Tasks:

Support customers by phone chat or email in French
Solve technical or general issues using documentation and training tools
Represent the brand with clarity care and professionalism
Recommend solutions and educate users where possible
Document all interactions and maintain customer satisfaction KPIs

What Were Looking For The Right Fit Matters

Were not asking for miracles just solid skills a team spirit and a positive attitude.

Must-Have Skills:

Fluent in French
At least B2 English (for internal communication)
Confidence using a computer and navigating support tools
Excellent communication empathy and active listening skills

Nice-to-Haves:

Previous experience in customer service retail hospitality or tech support
Adaptability to rotating shifts and dynamic environments
Interest in tech or digital products
