Job Summary
The Security Team is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of players staff and
club property. They maintain order within the poker club prevent incidents and respond
promptly and professionally to any security concerns. The team works closely with
management surveillance and floor staff to provide a safe controlled and welcoming
environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in security law enforcement or a related field (preferred)
Strong situational awareness and conflict management skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physically capable of standing walking and responding quickly when needed
High level of integrity discretion and reliability
Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays
Valid security license or certification (required or preferred depending on local
regulations)
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor entrances exits gaming areas and public spaces to ensure safety and order
Enforce club rules policies and codes of conduct in a professional manner
Respond promptly to disturbances disputes or security incidents
Assist in removing disruptive or unauthorized individuals when required
Coordinate with surveillance and management regarding suspicious activity
Conduct routine patrols of the premises
Provide support during emergencies evacuations or medical situations
Write clear and accurate incident reports
Maintain a visible and professional security presence at all times
