Position: Sales Advisor
Location: remote Greece
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone chat and email channels
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience with a strong focus on satisfaction and resolution
- Build and maintain positive relationships through clear and professional communication
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information using internal tools and systems
- Achieve individual and team performance targets including call-handling KPIs
- Maintain detailed customer records accounts and interaction documentation
- Always follow communication procedures and data protection policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or near-native level in German with fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong customer service and contact handling experience across multiple channels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with active listening ability
- High computer literacy and confidence working with several systems simultaneously
- Strong multitasking time management and prioritization skills
- Customer-focused mindset with awareness of sensitive data handling
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced KPI-driven environment.
