Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Athens Greece

Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve individual revenue targets by selling renewals products and services while identifying upsell opportunities
- Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of existing clients within an assigned territory
- Provide accurate weekly monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
- Develop strong product and technical knowledge to assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Proactively promote products and services to drive customer retention and expansion
- Guide customers through onboarding and encourage long-term product adoption
- Use data insights to identify at-risk accounts and growth opportunities
- Address customer concerns and remove obstacles impacting satisfaction and usage
- Handle objections effectively to retain customers and secure new business
- Manage a high volume of phone and email interactions daily
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or near-native level in Danish with fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Proven experience achieving individual or team sales targets
- Strong communication skills in fast-paced customer-focused environments
- Ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools technology and data
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Confidence in cold calling and engaging new customers.
