What youll be doing: Customer Support Advisor
- Supporting customers via phone and social channels
- Helping users navigate apps accounts and subscriptions
- Troubleshooting issues across devices and platforms
- Explaining features clearly without jargon
- Turning its not working into sorted thanks
Who this suits: Customer Support Advisor
You dont need to be a developer but you probably:
- Use streaming services daily
- Pick things up quickly when apps or systems change
- Enjoy figuring out why something isnt working
- Can explain tech simply to non-technical people
Customer service experience helps but its your mindset and communication that matter most.
What were looking for: Customer Support Advisor
- Confident communicator (comfortable speaking all day)
- Calm patient and naturally helpful
- Tech-comfortable apps logins settings devices
- Reliable punctual and able to commit to set hours
- Flexible to work between 8am and midnight
Working pattern: Customer Support Advisor
- 40 hours per week
- Rotational shifts between 8am12am
- Initial training MondayFriday (daytime)
- Fully on-site Belfast city centre
