German Speaking Customer Support Telecommunications Services
Location: Greece Athens On-site or Remotely within the country (Relocation Mandatory)

Responsibilities
- Network Solutions: Assist German-speaking customers with complex connectivity issues fiber-optic configurations and mobile network troubleshooting.
- Service Excellence: Manage account upgrades and technical inquiries with a focus on high-tier customer retention.
- Data Integrity: Use advanced CRM tools to ensure precise logging of network performance and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Native/C2 German and fluent English.
- Must possess an EU Passport or a valid Greek work permit.
- A strong technical aptitude for telecommunications hardware and software.
- A proactive hospitable attitude
