Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive Administrator to support their operations within the property industry. This role involves handling administrative duties maintaining accurate records and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure efficient property management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Property Management team.
- Prepare organize and maintain property-related documents (tenancy agreements contracts invoices reports).
- Handle incoming calls emails and general enquiries from tenants owners and vendors.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repair works.
- Assist in scheduling property inspections meetings and site visits.
- Process invoices payments and basic billing records.
- Update and maintain property databases and filing systems.
- Assist with lease administration renewals and handover documentation.
- Prepare simple reports correspondence and presentations when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration Real Estate Property Management or related field.
- Minimum 13 years of administrative experience (property/real estate industry preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Familiar with property management systems (an advantage).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good documentation and filing skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
