About the Project

Social media has transformed how people connect worldwide. As part of this international team you will help ensure content compliance with platform policies while contributing to a positive and safe user experience.

Role Overview

As a Content Moderator you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform guidelines and community standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate videos images text audio comments and user appeals

• Identify and take action on policy-violating content including sensitive material (e.g. vulgar content violence misinformation)

• Apply platform policies consistently and professionally

• Work collaboratively within a global moderation team

• Handle sensitive content with care and resilience

• Participate in a 24/7 rotational shift system

• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal is required

Work Schedule

• 40 hours per week

• Rotational shifts (MondaySunday)

Compensation & Benefits

Training Program

• 37.12 per day (8 hours/day conducted in English)

Salary Options

• 1050 net/month (includes base salary room allowance Christmas & holiday bonuses and food allowance)

• 1251.84 gross/month (includes base salary Christmas & holiday bonuses and food allowance)
