As we continue to grow we are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff Passenger Service Executives. Job Overview: As an Airport Ground Staff Passenger Service Executive you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport services. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers and assisting them throughout their journey from check-in to boarding. You will also work closely with other ground staff and airline crew to ensure a safe and efficient flight departure. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates - Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules delays and baggage allowances - Check-in passengers and issue boarding passes - Assist passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities - Coordinate with other ground staff and airline crew to ensure a timely and safe flight departure - Handle and resolve any issues or complaints from passengers in a professional and courteous manner - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal and boarding gates - Adhere to all safety and security procedures at all times - Keep track of flight schedules and communicate any changes or updates to passengers - Assist with the boarding process and ensure all passengers are accounted for - Handle any necessary paperwork and administrative tasks related to passenger check-in and boarding Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays - Knowledge of basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly - Fluency in English and Hindi is required knowledge of additional languages is a plus - Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds - Must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally if required We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for career growth and development - A dynamic and supportive work environment - Training and resources to enhance your skills and knowledge - The chance to be a part of a growing and successful airline company If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and are looking for an exciting and rewarding career in the aviation industry then we want to hear from you!
