Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome passengers at the airport and assist them with their inquiries and needs
- Provide information on flight schedules baggage handling procedures and airport facilities
- Handle check-in and boarding procedures ensuring all necessary documents and requirements are met
- Assist passengers with special needs or requests such as wheelchair assistance or dietary restrictions
- Resolve any issues or complaints from passengers in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including the check-in counters and waiting areas
- Keep updated on airline policies procedures and regulations to provide accurate information to passengers
- Promote and sell airport services and products such as lounge access and duty-free items
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of passengers and airport staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferably in the aviation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with computer systems and basic office software
- Fluency in English and Hindi additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearances
