Position Summary:
Responsible for assisting all departments in the scanning of documents and uploading to the company database. Provides operational support working with other departments and cross-training to assist as needed. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the companys policies and procedures all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations wherein the company operates.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all daily packages received andordering of all collateral files to be accounted for.
- Handle daily email communication compliance filing re-scan files if incorrect and create shipping logs with new labels.
- Reviews incoming documents prepare for imaging scans signs and stamps documents as requested.
- Communicates with departments and coordinates scanning and rescanning on unreadable images.
- Partners with additional lenders/vendors based on business needs.
- Performs data entry as necessary to correctly index information.
- Assists other departments as needed on all imaging needs.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
- Mortgage experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to commute to Rochester NY full time 5 days per week.
- Exceptional attention to detail verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications including: Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task with minimal supervision.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a base pay for this role is $20- $25.24/hr and will depend on multiple individualized factors including your job-related knowledge/skills qualifications experience and market are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company.
