Due to continued growth we are seeking a Collision Manager to lead our ABRA Auto Body & Glass operation. This role is ideal for a proven leader who values accountability coaching and operational excellence while maintaining a strong guest-focused culture.
Compensation:
$100000-$150000 annually (commensurate with experience and performance)

Role Overview
The Collision Manager is responsible for leading the daily operation of ABRA Auto Body & Glass developing team members enforcing process consistency and driving strong financial quality and guest experience results. This position requires hands-on leadership strong communication skills and the ability to balance people performance and profitability.
