General Summary:
The Upward Bound project director is directly responsible for the successful implementation and continuation of the Upward Bound grant project. The director will manage and execute all project goals objectives and activities. Supervise personnel administer the budget and is responsible for the evaluation of all program activities and services. The position operates under the direct supervision of the Executive Director of the Office of College Access and Academic Enrichment Programs in the Division of Student Affairs at West Texas A&M University.
