Executive Director Cleveland OH

A nationally recognized 23-hospital academic health system in Cleveland OH is seeking a District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Clinical Engineering to serve as Executive Director / Client Executive. This senior leadership role oversees multi-site HTM operations client relationships compliance and business growth across a large healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Clinical Engineering operations across multiple hospitals
Serve as the primary executive contact for the University Hospitals Health System
Drive operational excellence financial performance and contract compliance
Develop growth strategies succession planning and leadership development
Ensure compliance with federal state and local healthcare regulations
Oversee safety programs risk management and quality performance
Partner with clients on governance reporting and performance metrics
Support cybersecurity awareness and protection of healthcare technology systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
7 years of leadership experience in Healthcare Technology Management or Clinical Engineering
Proven experience managing multi-site hospital or health system operations
Strong business acumen budgeting and client relationship management skills
Knowledge of healthcare compliance safety standards and HTM regulations
Understanding of cybersecurity challenges in healthcare environments
Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and develop diverse teams

Preferred Experience

Large U.S. hospital or academic health system experience
Executive-level client management and governance oversight
Business development and regional growth strategy execution
