Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an inspiring and strategic Health Care Compliance (HCC) Regional Sector Leader for Innovative Medicine covering North America. This highly visible enterprisecritical role operates in a dynamic fastpaced environment and spans multiple business units and functions across the IM sector.

The role will be based in either Horsham PA or Titusville NJ with frequent travel between sites and to Raritan and New Brunswick NJ as needed.

As a trusted advisor and key leader within the Innovative Medicine HCC organization you will shape influence and elevate the compliance culture across the region. You will ensure adherence to all relevant HCC laws regulations and industry standards governing the promotion marketing and distribution of prescription medicines; interactions with health care professionals and government officials; anticorruption and antikickback requirements; and other applicable statutory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Champion Compliance & Integrity Across NA

Reinforce the independence visibility and essential role of HCC across the enterprise. Lead the implementation of effective compliance programs for all companies under your remitensuring alignment across functions regions and the broader Innovative Medicine organization.

Strategic Leadership & CrossFunctional Collaboration

Partner with Global Company Group Chairs senior NA leaders and HCC colleagues worldwide to anticipate risks navigate complexity and drive a strong culture of compliance. Ensure lineofsight to key regional issues and lead crossIM initiatives that advance talent operational excellence and innovation.

Program Design Oversight & Continuous Improvement

Oversee the design execution and enhancement of the Compliance Program to detect prevent and correct violations of laws regulations and policies. Deliver actionable insights to senior management recommend improvements and ensure robust internal controls to identify and prevent fraud abuse or misconduct.

Investigations Monitoring & Corrective Actions

Lead followup oversight and resolution of investigationswhether anonymous forcause or as directed by legal counsel. Partner with Law HR and business leadership to ensure consistent disciplinary actions and coordinate testing monitoring and ongoing program evaluation.

External Environment Leadership

Take an active visible role in shaping the compliance landscape by engaging with industry associations government bodies and external stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Government Affairs and the Law Department on emerging trends and regulatory priorities.

Enterprise & People Leadership

As a key member of the IM HCC Leadership Team oversee talent acquisition coaching and professional development across all levels. Develop the next generation of compliance leaders while fostering an inclusive highperforming team culture.

Broader Business Engagement

Engage with senior leaders across Sales & Marketing Medical Finance Regulatory Supply Chain HCC Legal and GAA. Influence decisionmaking support strategic initiatives and ensure compliance is embedded in business strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of compliance experience.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience and talentdevelopment track record.
  • Experience within Regulatory QA Health Care Compliance Legal or Finance strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry; knowledge of sales and marketing practices is valuable.
  • Working knowledge of HCC laws FCPA/anticorruption requirements FDA promotional regulations and/or auditing or financial controls.
  • Experience with pricing government contracting privacy laws or industry association policies is a plus.
  • Background in FDA advertising and promotional regulations for pharmaceutical products preferred.
  • Proven experience developing compliance systems and delivering highimpact training programs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills strong influence and negotiation capabilities and the ability to drive organizational change.
  • Up to 25% travel may be required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$178000.00 - $307050.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.



Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year

Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off 80 hours per calendar year
