About Us:Premier Disability Services LLC is a full-service Social Security Disability advocacy firm. We assist individuals in successfully obtaining their Social Security Disability benefits.
We are seeking a mission-oriented team player to join our in-house corporate recruiting team. This is a full-cycle recruiting role requiring grit energy and a consultative approach to hire new employees supporting our key growth initiatives.
What Youll Do:
- Develop facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment process from sourcing interviewing and negotiating offers
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Actively source and engage active and passive talent by leveraging referrals leads technology external recruiting partners events and more
- Optimize the job posting and advertising processes
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates
- Manage the interview process attending and conducting interviews with managers directors and other stakeholders
- Gain experience at an online media company

Qualifications:
- 1 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition ideally technical recruiting
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Excellent communicator and well-organized

We expect the compensation for this role to start at $45000 commission and will depend on your skills qualifications and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
