Salary Range: $41600 - $62400
POSITION PRIMARY PURPOSE:
THE PRINT DISTRIBUTION SPECIALIST IS RESPONSIBLE TO ORGANIZE CONTROL AND MONITOR THE FLOW OF PRINTED MATERIALS WITHIN THE PRINT SHOP WHILE INCREASING PRINT SALES THROUGH CONSISTENT CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT AND FOSTERING STRONG PUBLIC RELATIONS WITH EXISTING AND PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
PRINT PRODUCTION AND OPERATIONS (APPROXIMATELY 70 % OF ROLE)
DEMONSTRATE JOURNEY-LEVEL EXPERTISE IN PRE-PRESS OFFSET PRESS OPERATION AND DIGITAL PRESS TECHNOLOGY.
OVERSEE SCHEDULING CONFIRM PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND ENSURE DEADLINES ARE MET WHILE MAINTAINING PRODUCT QUALITY.
MONITOR STAFF WORK WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT AND MAKE NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS TO WORKFLOWS.
EXPERIENCE OPERATING AND TROUBLESHOOT RICOH CANON KONICA MINOLTA XEROX DIGITAL PRESSES AND VARIABLE DATA PRINT SYSTEMS INCLUDING MAIL EQUIPMENT.
PROFICIENTLY USE ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ADOBE ACROBAT AND MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE (EXCEL AND WORD).
ENSURE ALL TASKS ARE PERFORMED FOLLOWING ORGANIZATIONAL SAFETY STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES.
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT AND SALES (APPROXIMATELY 20 % OF ROLE)
IDENTIFY AND ENGAGE WITH POTENTIAL NEW CUSTOMERS WHILE INCREASING PRINT/MAIL VOLUME FROM EXISTING ACCOUNTS.
MAINTAIN ONGOING FOLLOW-UP WITH CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE SATISFACTION AND RESOLVE ISSUES SUCH AS QUALITY AND DELIVERY CONCERNS.
PROMOTE GARTEN SERVICES THROUGH BROCHURES PRICE SHEETS AND ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN EVENTS OR MEETINGS.
HANDLE AND RESOLVE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS EFFECTIVELY TO MAINTAIN TRUST AND SATISFACTION.
MISCELLANEOUS: (APPROXIMATELY 10% OF ROLE)
RECOMMEND EQUIPMENT PURCHASES BASED ON CUSTOMER AND OPERATIONAL NEEDS.
ASSIST IN CONTRACT DEVELOPMENT AND RENEWAL PROCESSES.
PROVIDE BACKUP SUPPORT FOR DELIVERY AND PICK-UP OF CUSTOMER MATERIALS.
ASSIST IN DATA ANALYSIS PREPARE SALES FORECASTS AND ASSIST IN BUDGETING PROCESSES.
OFFER INPUT ON CREATING INTEGRATED EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES.
PARTICIPATE IN MEETINGS AND CONTRIBUTE TO TEAM DISCUSSIONS.

DEMONSTRATED ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE
HIGHER EDUCATION OR VOCATIONAL TRAINING IN MARKETING BUSINESS OR A RELATED FIELD PREFERRED.
FIVE YEARS OF PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE IN A PRINT SHOP OR COMMERCIAL PRINTING ENVIRONMENT.
