Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and maintain the reliability of our this role you will troubleshoot issues support users and help ensure all technology operates efficiently. Core Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide assistance to users by diagnosing and resolving hardware software and network issues.
- System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain computer systems ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical problems and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- User Assistance: Guide employees through technical processes and provide clear instructions when needed.
- Software and amp; Hardware Setup: Install configure and update systems applications and devices.
- Ticket Management: Track prioritize and document support requests to ensure proper resolution.
- Security Support: Help maintain system security by following best practices and company protocols.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of issues fixes and system updates for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer systems networks and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with operating systems software applications and IT tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively
