Job Summary
The duties for the position ofOffensive Line/Run Game Coordinator at Lipscomb Academy are listed below:
- Live out the standards and mission of Lipscomb Academy
- Identify and develop all Lipscomb Academy offensive lineman
- Establish strong relationships with players and their families
- Clearly communicate the standards and expectations of the offensive lineman in our program
- Run camps and clinics approved by the head coach during the summer months
- Work directly with the head coach on putting together the run game and pass protections for the program
- Mentor and develop young coaches
- Work directly with the head coach to create a nomenclature for offensive line play program wide
