IT StoreFront Team Member

Currently we are seeking anIT StoreFront Team role supports a Navycustomer in Lexington Park MD.

Job Description and Responsibilities:IT StoreFront duties include capturing and entering data in spreadsheets/databases documenting findings tracking tasks to completion reporting unusual outcomes of daily tasks to higher level employees assisting other team members with computer hardware/software tasks additional administrative support duties as required.
NMCI Computer Deployment
- New Computer distribution
- Exchange with problematic computers (with an associated NMCI Help Desk ticket number)
- Computer turn-in location for exiting employees
Peripheral Distribution
- Headsets microphones cameras keyboards mice
Handle New Employee Check In (Civilian and CSS)
- Computer Keyboard Mouse Headset Microphone Camera Keyboard etc.
- Assist in ensuring new accounts are functional
Technology Refreshment
- Assist with the technology refreshment of NMCI laptops/desktops for all NMCI users aboard PAX
- Assist customers with the Tech Refresh process
- Ensure customers understand the operation of any new equipment

Basic Requirements:Bachelors Degree and1 years of experience in demonstrating a knowledge of computer hardware and software; proficiency in Microsoft products - Outlook Excel Word TEAMS; strong customer service skills; and ability to work as a member of a team. Professional/personal experience can apply.

Education Requirements:Bachelors allowed: Associates Degree 2 years of relevant experience ORHS Diploma 4 years of relevant experience.

Security Clearance: Secret(must be a US Citizen)

Telework and Travel:100% on site

Contract: This position is supporting an active funded contract.
