IT Project Manager (ServiceNow / ITSM) Onsite
Location: Jersey City NJ
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong ServiceNow and ITSM expertise to lead enterprise-scale projects in an IT operations environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT projects (SDLC) from planning to delivery
- Lead ServiceNow-based initiatives across ITSM modules (Incident Problem Change)
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive business-focused outcomes
- Oversee CMDB governance data accuracy and CI relationships
- Handle incident triaging reporting and risk management (RAID)
- Manage multiple projects with portfolio-level visibility
Required Skills:
- 7 years of IT Project Management experience
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform (beyond ticketing)
- Hands-on experience with ITSM modules & CMDB
- Understanding of workflows Flow Designer and basic Business Rules
- Experience in Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Background in IT Operations / Infrastructure environments
Nice to Have:
- ServiceNow development or implementation experience
- Exposure to ITOM Discovery Service Mapping
- Certifications: PMP ITIL or ServiceNow

- Ability to manage risks priorities and cross-functional teams
