OurStrategic Priorities & Coordinationteam is currentlyseekingto appoint anAssistant Grant Project Officerto support the administration and delivery of grant programs that fund water infrastructure projects across regional NSW. This roleprovidesan opportunity to contribute to programs that deliver tangible benefits for regional communities while building experience in government grants and project delivery.

In this role you will provide administrative and project support toassistthe effective delivery of grantfunded projects. This includes supporting monitoring and reporting activitiesmaintainingaccurategrant documentation and recordsassistingwith research and analysis and helping coordinate project activities to ensure programs are delivered in line with governance and probity requirements. You will work as part of a collaborative team withinthe Grants Branchandsupport internal colleagues and external stakeholders including local councils and delivery partners.

About You

You are an organised and motivated professional with experience in administration projectsupportor grantsrelated work ideally within a government or regulated environment. You have a good understanding of the importance of governance recordkeeping and meeting reporting requirements and you are comfortable supporting multiple tasks and priorities at the same time. Experienceassistingwith grants administration project coordination or program support will be highly regarded.

You are a clear and respectful communicator who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting stakeholders. You have strong attention to detail can manage your workload effectively and are willing to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment. With a positive and proactive approach you contribute to team outcomes and support the delivery of highquality programs thatbenefitcommunities across NSW.
