About the opportunity
The Coach plays a vital role in delivering Helps Employment Services Strategy helping people with disability achieve and maintain sustainable ongoing employment. This role supports participants through their full employment journeybuilding work readiness addressing barriers developing tailored plans that support their goals and marketing participants to employers. The Coach also provides ongoing mentoring once participants commence work offering guidance practical assistance and problem-solving support to both participants and employers. By working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders the Coach helps strengthen job retention resolve workplace challenges and ensure participants have the support they need to succeed long-term.
