What will you be doing

Your role will be to empower individualsto achieve and maintain meaningful and sustainable will provide:

  • Tailored guidance/coaching job placement and ongoing support to your client group.
  • Identify new opportunities with local employers that align with our participants goals and needs.
  • Understand the unique employment needs of your clients
  • Collaborate with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity

Who are you

You are committed to making a difference through connecting and supporting your clients into sustainable employment. You will have:

  • Ability to communicate in AUSLAN
  • Experience in coaching mentoring and case management within employment services or a related field will be highly regarded
  • Problem-solving and goal-setting abilities.
  • Solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways.
  • Organisational skills attention to detail and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks will also be important.
  • You must be able to balance empathy dignity and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes.

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
