Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding logistics inquiries orders and shipments
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the operations team to track shipments and update customers on delivery status
- Handle customer inquiries via email and live chat to ensure a positive customer experience
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations and timely deliveries
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
- Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
- Previous experience handling high call volumes and resolving customer issues
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $23.75 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $27.50 per hour
