Employee Experience & Wellness Support
- Welcome employees and visitors while fostering a respectful inclusive and supportive wellness environment.
- Educate employees on wellness center offerings policies and safe equipment usage.
- Encourage participation in wellness initiatives challenges and health-focused events.
- Provide general wellness guidance within scope of training and refer employees to appropriate resources when needed.
Facility Oversight & Safety
- Monitor wellness spaces to ensure compliance with safety standards company policies and sanitation requirements.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain a clean organized and hazard-free environment.
- Respond promptly to safety concerns and assist with implementation of the Emergency Action Plan.
- Document and report incidents injuries equipment concerns and unsafe conditions in accordance with company procedures.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including check-in processes waiver tracking and participation records while maintaining confidentiality of employee information.
- Maintain accurate files reports and program data in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with scheduling wellness services classes and events.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate supply orders to support uninterrupted operations.
- Support vendor coordination and maintain professional business relationships.
Wellness Programming & Engagement
- Partner with the Wellness Coordinator to implement health promotion programs such as screenings workshops fitness classes and awareness campaigns.
- Assist with event logistics including setup communication registration and follow-up reporting.
- Help evaluate program participation and provide feedback to improve employee engagement.
- Promote a culture of wellness through positive interactions and consistent communication.
Equipment & Operational Support
- Perform routine equipment checks and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Report malfunctions promptly and remove unsafe equipment from service when necessary.
- Support efficient daily operations and recommend process improvements when appropriate.
Collaboration
- Communicate regularly with leadership regarding operational updates risks and opportunities for enhancement.
- Work collaboratively with Human Resources and other departments to support company-wide wellness initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned consistent with the scope of the role.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- Experience in wellness fitness recreation hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse workforce.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Administrative experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and exercise sound judgment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
Certifications
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification required or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe after hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
- Prior experience supporting employee wellness programs or health-related initiatives.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to demonstrate proper use of wellness equipment.
