New Business Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Business Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic and growing team. This role focuses on marketing mid to large market commercial accounts with an emphasis on new business development and some larger renewal marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with carriers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a collaborative team environment within a company that has experienced tremendous growth in recent years.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $110000 - $130000 annually
- Work Schedule: Hybrid model (3 days in-office 2 days remote) following an initial onsite training period

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for mid to large market commercial accounts
- Negotiate with carriers to secure optimal terms and conditions for clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
- Handle a majority of new business marketing and some larger renewal marketing
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
