Job Summary
Position: System Analyst (3-4 years)
System Analyst to support Supplier Risk management within the Graphite Connect tool. This role involves performing comprehensive testing creating detailed test cases and gathering requirements for enhancements and Supplier deliverables. The candidate will work in an agile environment following SAFe methodology and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure system functionality meets requirements.Mandatory Skills
- The SA needs to have a solid understanding/experience in the SAP procurement lifecycle using SAP Ariba. We need a SA that will be doing testing in Ariba Guided Buying creating purchase requisitions and purchase orders. The SA will be validating the PR/POs are created in SAP S4. This SA will be helping with the setup/build of the Ariba Guided Buying environments as we switch between different testing environments in SAP Guided Buying environments. The SA will be trouble shooting/resolving issues that arise during testing.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and prepare/write functional documentation.
- Design validate monitor and execute comprehensive system tests and create detailed test cases.
- Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology and agile development practices including user story delivery defects management and scrum ceremonies.
- Experience with production deployment support issue management and system stabilization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of Supplier Management processes.
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (suppliers and customers).
- Knowledge of REST APIs (analysis documentation and testing using Postman).
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Experience with testing automation tools.
High-level activities for each of the above-mentioned areas are called out below -
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and prepare/write functional documentation.
- Design validate monitor and execute comprehensive system tests and create detailed test cases.
- Deliver user stories spikes and defects according to iteration priorities meeting Definition of Done
- Align with and meet SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) expectations as defined by Intel
- Participate actively in all scrum ceremonies (grooming sizing planning daily standups acceptance retrospectives)
- Update project tracking tools (Jira) daily with accurate status information
- Support production deployments issue management and system stabilization.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing production support.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in information systems Computer Science Business Analysis or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in system analysis or similar role.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
