The Companys lead product candidate 4D-150 is designed to be a backbone therapy forming the foundation of treatment of blinding retinal vascular diseases by providing multi-year sustained delivery of anti-VEGF (aflibercept and anti-VEGF-C) with a single safe intravitreal injection which substantially reduces the treatment burden associated with current bolus injections. The Companys lead indication for 4D-150 is wet age-related macular degeneration which is currently in Phase 3 development and second indication is diabetic macular edema. The Companys second product candidate is 4D-710 which is the first known genetic medicine to demonstrate successful delivery and expression of the CFTR transgene in the lungs of people with cystic fibrosis after aerosol delivery
GENERAL SUMMARY:
4DMT needs a motivated team-oriented and experienced Administrative Assistant. The primary function of this role is to contribute to the efficiency of the Office of the CEO and will report directly to the Senior Executive is a hybrid position with in-office days arranged accordingtothe businessneeds anddeterminedby the hiring manager.
MAJOR DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES:
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT FUNCTIONS:35% of TIME
- Assistant toSeniorExecutive Assistant:Support the Senior Executive Assistant(the hiringmanager)asthey manage multiple priorities andcompletead hoc task requests as business needs includes tasks relating to supporting the Chief of Staff and CFO and Investor Relations workstream as directed bythe hiring manager
- Calendar Management:As directed by the manager scheduling and rescheduling meetings and appointments recurring meetingsandarranging schedules toaccommodatead hoc high-urgency -time response to changing business needs and close collaboration with Senior Executive Assistant.
- All Hands Meeting Support:Under the direction of the hiring manager sendcalendar invites collect agenda items prepare draft agenda and provide support during virtual or face-to-face meetings.
- Internal Communications Support:Assistthehiring managerwithposting andupdating4Cast intranetnews posts and content under the direction of thehiring manager
MEETINGS AND TRAVEL LOGISTICS:25% of TIME
- Meeting Logistics and Planning:Under the direction ofthehiring manager planlogisticsand cateringand lodgingfor off-site meetingson-sitemeetingsand employee events. Follow 4DMT budget andpurchasingguidelines
- Travel Planning:Arrangedomestic and international travel including air and ground transportation hotel reservations out-of-town dining and car registration for conferences and and update itineraries as arrangements change.
EVENT PLANNING:20% of TIME
- Event Planning:Coordinatelogisticsfor employeeengagementandsocial andvolunteer events as directed bythemanagerand in compliance with HR policies
EXPENSES AND PURCHASING SUPPORT:10% of TIME
- Expense Reporting:Reconcile expense reportsmonthlyusing Nexonia. Collect andsubmitreceiptsin accordance with4DMT policies
- Purchasing Contracts Invoices:Process contractspurchasing and payment processing using Ironclad and Coupa systems
ADDITIONAL DUTIES: 5% of TIME
- Back Up Support: Provide occasional backup Admin support for Sr. EA while on PTO support other members on the 4DMT Administrative Team during PTO or peak activityas requested and approved by the manager

- Ability to prepare and edit all types of written correspondence including contract documents presentations and spreadsheets employformatting skills using Word Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint file management
- Good Judgement andDiscretion: The office of the CEO handles sensitive informationandoften works on plans well in advance of public Administrative Assistant must hold mattersinconfidenceand protect confidentialinformation.

Base salary compensation range:$36.05-45.19/hourly
