We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to join our team at Compass Realty Inc. The primary responsibility of this role is to support daily operations in a fast-paced real estate office. Below are the key responsibilities qualifications and skills required for this position:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare organize and maintain real estate documents contracts and client files
- Enter and update property listings and client information in internal systems
- Answer phone calls respond to emails and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Schedule appointments property showings and meetings
- Assist real estate agents with transaction coordination and administrative tasks
- Maintain office supplies and ensure general office organization
- Handle data entry filing scanning and document management
- Support marketing efforts (e.g. uploading listings basic flyer preparation)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative or office experience (real estate experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Familiarity with real estate software or CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Time management and prioritization
- Customer service mindset
- Problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
