Job Summary
Opportunity
PeopleTec is currently seeking a Junior Program/Cost Analyst to support our Huntsville AL location.
Duties Include:
- Develop update and maintain Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs) Program Office Estimates (POEs) and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs).
- Evaluate contractor cost data to include Earned Value and Cost Performance Reports.
- Analyze the following cost elements: labor travel materials other ODC overhead G&A and cost of money
- Evaluate various Courses of Actions (COAs) in the development of an Analysis of Alternatives (AoA).
- Defend cost estimating methodologies to senior leadership and Cost Review Board (CRB) members.
- Translate technical system requirements into cost elements while developing Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs).
- Analyze historical learning and rate curve data and incorporate methodology into cost estimates
- Assist in the development of Contractor Software Data Report (CSDR) plans
- Develop Program Objective Memorandum (POM) briefings to include program funding and cost requirements.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree and two years of work experience
- Travel: <10X %
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
