Patient Services Representative Evernorth

Support the clinical management and order setup of specialty patients under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Ensure accurate coordination of patient deliveries and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with patients caregivers and medical staff to coordinate home and office deliveries.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow-up as directed by a pharmacist.
• Assist with onboarding new specialty patients and maintain accurate patient records.
• Complete patient assessments and medication delivery setup under pharmacist supervision.
• Provide copay information process payments and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Document all interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Meet quality and productivity standards while delivering excellent service.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.
• Maintains professionalism and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Pharmacy Technician certification preferred.
• Prior specialty healthcare experience preferred.

our Pharmacy and Care Deliveryorganization. Our team focuses on
specialty pharmacy and infusion services in partnership with hospitals and
health systems.
