About the Role
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join the Digital Dealer product team of a global industrial leader. Digital Dealer is a highly valued internal platform used by retailers and service advisors worldwide supporting Scanias transformation toward sustainable and datadriven transport solutions.
In this role you will work in a collaborative crossfunctional environment to design intuitive user journeys prototypes and interfaces while contributing to a modern scalable design system. Youll conduct user research iterate rapidly and ensure the product delivers real value to users across global markets.
What You Will Do
Conduct user research through interviews usability testing and analysis
Develop wireframes prototypes and design concepts based on customer needs
Design user journeys flows and personas to support product development
Work closely with Product Owners developers and other UX designers
Apply and evolve Scanias Design System within Digital Dealer
Iterate quickly based on feedback and insights
Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders across multiple teams
Who You Are
Experienced UX Designer ideally with around 10 years in similar roles
Strong knowledge of UX methodologies frameworks and research practices
Skilled in user flows personas prototyping and usability evaluation
Proficient with tools such as Figma Mural and Google Analytics
Excellent communicator and strong collaborator
Passionate about UX continuous improvement and delivering highquality design
Comfortable working in dynamic crossfunctional global environments
