We are seeking a nurturing enthusiastic and highly motivated EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Birmingham starting ASAP. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early years specialist who is passionate about supporting children during the foundation stage and helping them develop confidence independence and a love of learning.

As an EYFS Teacher you will plan deliver and assess engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of children. You will foster a positive learning environment where children can develop key skills in literacy numeracy communication social interaction and physical development. You will also build strong relationships with parents carers and colleagues to ensure the holistic development of every child.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality play-based EYFS lessons
Observe assess and track childrens progress across all developmental areas
Support childrens personal social emotional and communication development
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all children including SEN
Create a safe inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other EYFS staff
Build positive relationships with parents and carers sharing regular updates
Maintain accurate assessment records and learning journals
Promote positive behaviour routines and independence
Follow safeguarding health and safety and school policies
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Have experience teaching within EYFS or Reception
Be caring patient and child-centred
Be creative organised and reflective in practice
Have strong classroom management and planning skills
Be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
