Job Summary
The Experts Group is a growing portfolio of specialist brands across property finance recruitment and professional services. As we scale were looking for an experienced marketing leader to bring clarity focus and direction to our group wide marketing activity.
This is a senior leadership role with real influence. Youll shape how our brands show up in the market how we attract consumers and partners and how marketing supports long-term sustainable growth through clear strategy and measurable impact.
What youll be doing:
Youll set and lead the strategic marketing direction across a multi-brand organisation. Your focus will be on translating business objectives into clear priorities ensuring marketing activity is aligned purposeful and delivering results.
Youll lead brand-led consumer and recruitment-focused marketing activity working closely with Brand Management Recruitment and Operations. Youll also partner with The Marketing Experts who deliver digital marketing services across the group.
Youll bring:
Experience in a senior marketing leadership role ideally in a multi-brand environment
Strong background in brand consumer or recruitment marketing
Track record of translating strategy into focused measurable activity
Experience leading and developing marketing teams
Commercial awareness and confidence working with performance data
Clarity structure and focus in a growing organisation
Experience in property recruitment agency or service-led businesses is advantageous but not essential.
