Requirements
Experience working in a school attendance pastoral or administrative role (desirable but not essential)
Strong understanding of attendance procedures and the importance of safeguarding in education
Confidence communicating with parents/carers in a professional calm and assertive manner
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive information
Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to time-sensitive tasks
Strong IT skills including experience using MIS systems (SIMS/Arbor/Bromcom desirable)
A supportive and solution-focused approach with a commitment to improving outcomes for young people
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider pastoral and safeguarding team
