We are looking for a high-caliber Business Analyst to join a prestigious multinational company driving innovation in the payments industry. This role is ideal for those who master the complexity of global transaction flows and scheme regulations.

Your core mission:

Scheme Architecture: Managing international card scheme requirements (Mastercard/Visa) and ensuring alignment with global standards.
Business Analysis: Leveraging BPMN/UML to design robust payment solutions and technical requirements.
Regulatory Navigation: Overseeing compliance frameworks (PSD2 PCI DSS) and staying ahead of industry mandates.
Technical Interface: Working with SQL databases and REST APIs to ensure seamless system integrations.
Stakeholder Orchestration: Acting as the bridge between technical teams and external financial partners.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven track record in card issuing authorization flows and fraud management.
Strong grasp of payment protocols (ISO 8583) and technical documentation.
Academic degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
Languages: Full professional proficiency in English. German is a significant advantage.
Availability: Willingness to travel for key project milestones.
