Job Summary
- Create and maintain detailed Test Plans.
- Develop and execute manual tests covering UI and API layers.
- Validate critical business workflows: Employee Trade Centre Monetization Advisor MAR and other Compliance suite modules.
- Perform thorough Regression Testing to ensure stability across releases.
- Log and manage defects with clear reproducible steps and impact analysis.
- Provide formal QA Signoff based on test outcomes.
- Report overall test coverage and progress to support quality goals.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in Manual QA ideally in Compliance or financial environments.
- Knowledge of UI and API testing.
- Experience creating Test Plans and detailed test cases.
- Strong skills in identifying documenting and tracking defects.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills to report results and metrics clearly.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with defect management tools (Jira TestRail etc.)
- Knowledge of Compliance processes and regulations
