Your missions

As a Senior HR Officer you will:

  • Manage end-to-end operational recruitment for IT and corporate profiles from needs analysis to onboarding

  • Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and support them throughout the recruitment process

  • Coordinate HR administrative and operational activities in close collaboration with internal stakeholders

  • Contribute to Learning & Development initiatives including coordination with training organizations and follow-up of training plans

  • Lead and support ad hoc HR projects aligned with business needs and HR strategy

  • Actively participate in HR process improvement ensuring efficiency consistency and a positive employee experience

Your ideal profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role

  • Solid experience in operational recruitment

  • Good understanding of HR operations and coordination

  • Comfortable working on process improvement and ad hoc HR projects

  • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)

  • Proactive organized hands-on and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
