Tasks:
- Change Incident Problem and Deployment and Release management
- Setup and maintain EIB release deployment processes
- Act as coordinator in IT Service Management processes
- Packaging and documenting releases according to EIB policies
- Support activities
- Take requests/issues ownership and act as Single Point of Contact towards IT users and if applicable GDO/BSD/LD division
- Review and make proposals to improve and automate tasks execution
- Produce Review and Update Operational documentation
- Assist in problem Root Cause Analysis investigation
- Setup and maintain applications and tools at all technical levels
- Use DEVOPS tools for CI/CD process
Mandatory Requirements(need to be referenced in the CV):
University Degree(Msc is preferred though not mandatory) in IT or a related Technology field
7 years of experience on a related field.
Proven Experience with:
- Software development methodologies and release management in a DevOps environment
- ITIL best practices
- Sybase and Oracle databases
- Scripting languages (Unix bash Groovy or equivalent)
- Programming languages (Python Java or equivalent)
- Web applications (Tomcat nginx Apache)
- Code versioning system (GitHub Azure DevOps)
