Job Summary

Join our vibrant Barcelona team as an Admin Support Advisor! Youll be the first contact for business clients solving requests quickly and building strong customer relations.

Your role

As the first line of support youll help clients with account activations transaction checks and financial requests . By providing clear info and fast solutions you ensure smooth operations and happy clients .

Your responsibilities

Answer inbound calls & e-mails (B2B)
Support new clients with onboarding
Handle transaction & financial queries
Share product info & solutions
Keep strong customer relationships
Follow training program (3 phases buddy system)

Your profile

Proficiency in Dutch and good level of English
Experience in call center is a plus
Strong communicator
Positive & adaptable
Real team player
Service-minded
Skilled in constructive conflict handling
